36th Annual Montauk Fall Festival – Free Local Transport

Saturday, October 7, 2017 – Sunday, October 8, 2017

A family-oriented community event. New are two free trolleys operated by North Fork Trolley Co. to take festival goers between downtown and the Montauk Lighthouse, Harbor and LIRR station. Hampton Jitney runs free, local, intra-town service to help people park further west. Saturday: “Famous Clam Chowder Contest,” kidsinflatable rides, face painting, pumpkin decorating, crab races, a free 30-horse carousel, and more. The Lynn Blue Band on Saturday, ; raffles; delicious Oktoberfest style food, clams and oysters; Long Island wines and beer.

ARF’s Stroll To The Sea Dog Walk In East Hampton

9:00 am to 12:00 pm – Rain Date Oct. 8, 8 AM-11 AM

Join ARF at Mulford Farm in East Hamptons for a fun family event from 9 AM-12 PM. Mutts, purebreds and pedigrees are invited to take the two-mile walk to the ocean and back to help the animals at the ARF Adoption Center. The morning includes free refreshments, a free t-shirt (artwork by Isaac Mizrahi), free ARF tote bag, free nail clippings for dogs, dog treats, contests, a dog agility course, and music. The San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons Committee is proud to announce the return of the Feast this September 30th and October 1st for its 7th year. The Feast will offer a fun mixture of new activities as well as old favorites that are sure to entertain the entire family. The San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons originated as a festival designed to emphasize the vitality of The Hamptons and Hampton Bays beyond the summer months.
