The Artists Alliance of East Hampton presents their summer members show “Spirit of Summer”

The exhibit runs from July 2-6 at Ashawagh hall in the heart of historic Springs known as a center of the arts on the east end.

The artwork of over 40 local artists will be exhibited including paintings, photography, glassworks, and sculpture.

Come enjoy the art and meet the artists at the artist reception Saturday 5-7.

Hamptons Fourth of July Fireworks

The Clamshell Foundation, who took it upon themselves to begin hosting fireworks displays over Three Mile Harbor in 2009, will illuminate the bay with help from the famous Grucci. Good viewing spots include Maidstone Park, Gann Road, and Sammy’s Beach. This year, all donations from the fireworks show will go toward scholarships for East End children, after school programs and more. clamshellfoundation.org

For 33 years, Southampton Fresh Air Home has provided Southampton’s Fourth of July weekend Grucci fireworks celebration as part of their signature American Picnic fundraiser.

SFAH is a year-round, not-for-profit camp offering recreational and educational programs for children with physical disabilities.
