The luxurious five-course menu helmed by Gurney’s Executive Chef Christopher Watts, features the best of the Hamptons’ farm-fresh produce and locally sourced provisions expertly paired with a selection of the North Fork’s finest sparkling wines. Chef Chris and Sparkling Pointe wine expert Gilles Martin will guide guests through each presented course, offering an educational and flavorful gastronomic journey by the beach.
