“The Beach Ball” Halsey House Gala

Saturday, July 6th, 6:00pm – 8:00pm at the Halsey House

The Southampton History Museum is pleased to announce that plans are well underway for its signature summer event, the annual Halsey House Gala, to be held on Saturday evening, July 6, between 6:00 and 8:00 pm. The gala takes place in the gardens of The Thomas Halsey Homestead which was established by the pioneering Halsey family in 1648. Entitled The Beach Ball, this year’s theme comes courtesy of the Estate of Roy Lichtenstein. The late artist’s iconic 1961 painting, Girl With Ball, will serve as the inspiration for the invitation design and gala tent décor.

The Annual Halsey House gala is one of the summer season’s most beloved gatherings with a full bar, hors d’oeuvres, an enticing silent auction and an evocative beach party soundtrack set in the beautiful garden of Halsey House. Proceeds support the maintenance of Halsey House, all of the Museum’s preservation efforts and funding for educational programs both at our various museum locations and within our local schools.
