Katy’s Courage is hosting the fifth annual skate-a-thon at Buckskill Winter Club (178 Buckskill Road, East Hampton, NY 11937 631-324-2243 www.buckskillwinterclub.com) on Sunday, March 6th beginning at 3 p.m. Festivities include: 1:15 to 2:45 p.m. – Public Skating 2:45 p.m. – Ice Maintenance 3 to 3:10 p.m. – Puck Throw (Pre-Registration Available) 3:15 to 4:30 p.m. – Figure Skating Recital by Coaches and Participating Kids 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. – Skate-A-Thon Skaters Take the Ice 6 p.m. – Ice Maintenance 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. – Public Skating 6:15 p.m. – Raffle Drawings and Winner Announcements 7:30 to 9 p.m. – Hockey Game (Pre-Registration Required) Throughout the day, participants may stop by the annual bake sale for treats and also choose to partake in a fundraising raffle.
