These sessions will help you gain a fundamental understanding of Pilates and keep you safe throughout your exercises. Our core tower classes are combination of mat and tower work utilizing the spring resistance of the Pilates apparatus and limited to 6 people.

Hampton Lifeguard Association will host a summer kick-off benefit party on Saturday, April 21 from 7 – 11 p.m. at Westlake Fish House (352 West Lake Drive, Montauk). The benefit will feature music by 3Bs Band, a cash bar, delicious food and a silent and Chinese auction with tons of amazing items from spectacular travel destinations and gift baskets to restaurant gift certificates and spa treatments. Tickets are $35 per person or $50 a couple. Tickets can be purchased at the door or by contacting Hampton Lifeguard Association committee member Amy Forst amy@forstconstruction.com. All proceeds go to support the HLA.

Shake off the Winter blues at Rock The Retreat 2018

Don’t fret… you have plans for Thursday night!

Andy Stern & I have taken care of all the details we just need YOU and all of your friends to join us for a fun night at The Stephen Talkhouse.

Dancing is not required but you might find it difficult to not let loose with Booga Sugar (horn section included) and delicious treats from Laurie Mamay – Hamptons Foodie – AND Dressen’s Donuts.

Shake off the Winter blues and join us for some dance therapy to benefit The Retreat.  The Retreat’s mission is to provide safety, shelter and support for the victims of domestic abuse and break the cycle of family violence.

Katy’s Courage is hosting the eighth annual Katy’s Courage 5K on Saturday, April 21. Proceeds from this year’s event will be donated to local scholarships, as well as Katy’s Kids @ CMEE. Participants may register online in advance at http://bit.ly/2F4Hjsp.

On race day, registration and check-ins will take place from 7 to 8:15 a.m. and the run will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Runners will start at 21 West Water Street, head north, turn right onto Main Street, turn right onto Glover Street, run through Redwood and finish on Water Street.
