This friday special…
If you love yoga, then you will love Ayurveda- yoga’s sister science! It is like finding an owner’s manual for your particular body-mind type, or Dosha.

Once you know your dosha, Ayurveda can give you advice on what foods, herbs, exercise, and even yoga class would be good to bring you into balance.

Forget the guess work of what should I do to feel better, come find your type, and unlock your full potential.
