Open Mic Night For Kids At Bay Burger In Sag Harbor

On Friday, September 23rd, students in grades 5 – 12 will have the opportunity to showcase their talents by performing live at Bay Burger located at 1742 Bridgehampton – Sag Harbor Tpke from 7:00pm – 9:00pm. Come on out to entertain or be entertained while enjoying Bay Burger’s thoroughly crafted burgers, hotdogs, shakes, and ice-cream! Youth bands, acoustic music, karaoke, spoken word/poetry and comedic acts are all welcome. Performing is absolutely free. Art “Sail” Exhibition At The Art Barge In Amagansett

The Art Barge is hosting an end of summer “Art Sail.” Barge Artists, Friends and Faculty have contributed their work to be sold in an exhibition at The Art Barge. Half of the proceeds from each sale will be donated to The Art Barge to support our programs and maintenance. Artwork from people of all ages working in a variety of mediums will be showcased. Please join us in celebration of yet another great season and help support the arts by attending the Art Barge’s September Art Sail and purchasing a work of your own.

Rowdy Hall will kick off Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 17th with a traditional Oktoberfest festival from 3 – 5 p.m. Rowdy Hall will be converted into a traditional German beer garden for the Oktoberfest Festival with picnic tables in the courtyard and communal dining tables in the dining room. German bar snacks will be offered such as fresh baked pretzels with mustard ($3), knockwurst, bratwurst and bockwurst platters ($10). Indian Summer Evening Paddle With Peconic Land Trust

Friday, September 16, 2016
5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Join the Peconic Land Trust for a full moon paddle on scenic Northwest Harbor, led by naturalist Mike Bottini. Launching from the end of Alewife Brook Rd, just past the entrance to Cedar Point Park, you will paddle to Cedar Point for a BYO picnic dinner with views of Mashomack Preserve and Sag Harbor to enjoy the sunset. Return to the starting point by the light of the full moon. Don’t forget your picnic, a blanket or towel to sit on, a warm layer for the return trip, and a flashlight. Space is limited, prepaid reservations required. Kayaks, canoes and SUP rentals available.
