Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef and restaurateur Arie Pavlou welcomes Sag Harbor cookbook author Stacy Dermont back to his Bistro Été in Water Mill on Sunday, July 11. Dinner reservations for their May
signing event sold out well in advance.
From 4-7pm patrons can enjoy a complimentary glass of rosé with the purchase of a copy of The Hamptons Kitchen (Norton). Chef Arie, an author himself, was an advisor on the book. The Hamptons Kitchen is also available from area bookstores and from all major online booksellers in both print and digital formats.
