11:30 AM – 1:30 PM.
This creative visualization workshop guides students to explore and manifest their definition of bliss.
Discovering one’s personal bliss is a birthright found only when we actively create the space to — even momentarily— release the societal and familial pressures filling the forefront of our minds and discover our truth.
This workshop uses guided meditations to help students let go of habits and assumptions that no longer serve them such as, “Being busy always makes for more success” or “Humility and greatness can’t co-exist” and teaches them how to make space for new possibilities in their career, personal and spiritual lives.
