As part of the Westhampton Library sponsored “Mini-Spa Days” at the West Hampton Barrier Beach Preservation House on Dune Road, guests will enjoy activities such as a beach yoga session, breakfast, massage and a light spa lunch. Southampton Hospital’s Licensed Massage Therapist, Loretta Dalia, will provide ten-minute massages to all participants. Southampton Hospital’s Registered Dietician, Paula Montagna, will demonstrate the preparation of a light “Spa Lunch” and guests will partake. Capacity limited. Cost: $25.
