Late-night craft cocktail hour, “On The Rocks,” every weekend from 11pm-2am! The weekly event features craft cocktails for the cocktail connoisseur, created by VSC’s esteemed bartender, Clint Skeen, who brings to VSC six years of experience including training under Food Network star, Mark Hill. Specialty drinks will include a VSC house cocktail made with watermelon juice, vodka, aperol, and St. Germain, finished with a spicy-sweet rim.
