If you have never done Pilates before, we highly encourage beginners to take 2–3 private sessions before entering any of our challenging group classes. These sessions will help you gain a fundamental understanding of Pilates and keep you safe throughout your exercises. Our core tower classes are combination of mat and tower work utilizing the spring resistance of the Pilates apparatus and limited to 6 people.
