In this inversion workshop with Jessica Bellofatto, we will explore the physical and mental barriers to the most common inversions, work on overcoming fear, and challenge our hands (and forearms) to become our feet. Learn what parts of the body we need to recruit, through lengthening and strengthening, to make the transition from being upright to being upside down effortless! Shift your perspective, clear your mind, open your heart, and redefine what’s possible for you, over and over again, one breath at a time.

On August 26, 2016 the Bennett family of East Hampton was dealt with a 2nd blow when their oldest daughter, 41 year old Allison Duchemin, was their 2nd daughter in less than 5 years to be diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Treatment consisted of traveling to Sloan Kettering Cancer Center once a week for the past 5 months for chemotheraphy treatment, & will continue to go every 3 weeks for the next year for Estrogen Therapy. Come join us to support Allison & her family. Stop on by for a great night of live music from Little Head Thinks & The Dog Watchers, raffles, food & much more!
