In this inversion workshop with Jessica Bellofatto, we will explore the physical and mental barriers to the most common inversions, work on overcoming fear, and challenge our hands (and forearms) to become our feet. Learn what parts of the body we need to recruit, through lengthening and strengthening, to make the transition from being upright to being upside down effortless! Shift your perspective, clear your mind, open your heart, and redefine what’s possible for you, over and over again, one breath at a time.
