The Peconic Land Trust and Hampton Chocolate Factory have teamed up to offer a workshop about all things chocolate! Meet Caroline Gappelberg of Hampton Chocolate Factory who will offer fun facts about the history of chocolate, and provide tastings of her delicious creations. Then, enjoy your own chocolate truffle-making experience with Garden Manager and chef Rick Bogusch! Hampton Chocolate Factory’s products will be available for sale with a percentage to benefit the Trust. Space is limited, reservations required. $10/person, $5/Bridge Gardens members.
